Vibrant's Asphalt Batch Mix Plants of 100 tph to 260 tph capacities

Hyderabad-based, asphalt batch mix plant manufacturer, Vibrant, has carried out advancements in its entire range of asphalt batch mix plants for their optimum usage, informed Kranthi Kumar Ravuri, CEO, Vibrant. “We offer plants in capacities of 100 tph to 260 tph. We have made major advancements in them, including making them process hot and cold recycled materials, and have enhanced their operations and ensured their higher availability so that the owners can enjoy total cost of ownership across their lifecycle. We have also set up a separate skilled service team for supporting these upgraded plants.”

He added, “We have made the design of our entire range of plants more modular, changed the design of the bins, and have fitted our own burners to ensure the right heat dissipation and higher energy efficiency. Most importantly, we have made our plants more robust in design and with ease of assembly and disassembly. Given the demand for longer stretches of road construction, we will continue to carry out design and functional improvisations in our asphalt batch mix plants.”
