Zhenjiang Huachen Huatong Road Machinery Co Ltd. (referred as Huatong), an ISO 9001:2000 certified company has grown out of the Zhenjiang General factory of road construction machinery in China.

The Company has most modern workshop equipped with NC Plate Machining Center and NC Cutting Machines imported from Germany NC horizontal Machining imported Center from Sweden and Welding Robot and has a testing center and a product development center. The Company has more than 1300 workers including 220 technical engineers.

The main products of Huatong Brand are:

• Asphalt Pavers (3.0 m-12.50 m paving width)
• Asphalt Mixing Plants, (60 TPH- 240 TPH)
• Milling Machine/Soil Stabilizing Machine/Road Maintenance truck
• Concrete Batching Plant (60-180 cum/hr)

The equipment being manufactured are based on technology transfer from Niigata of Japan and ARAN Australia and further upgraded by its own technology center.

Huatong is not only playing an active role in domestic market for road projects, bridges, and municipal construction, but also exporting its wide range of products. Huatong supplies approx. 800 set of equipment per year in domestic and overseas market.

By 2006, the company has exported its products to more than 25 countries including India. Huatong management is very seriously pursuing the upbeat India market for establishing its products and services on a longterm basis.

In India, Huatong have supplied Hot Mix Plants, Asphalt Pavers and Milling Machines to leading Indian contractors for various NHAI road projects. During 2007, it supplied its first 180 m3/hr capacity Concrete Batch Mix Plant for a prestigious NHAI road project in Assam and a 12.5 Mtr. Asphalt sensor paver working near Delhi. Huatong has further supplied 20 Nos 9.5 Mtr. Sensor pavers on various NHAI projects. Huatong has also supplied 15 Nos. 160/124 TPH Hot Mix Plant for prestigious NHAI projects all over India. With the above Huatong Machine performing satisfactorily, there is a wider acceptance for Huatong technology.
