Fayat Marini Asphalt Plants: Ready for Any Demand, Built for Efficiency
“In response to the new application needs and site requirements, Fayat Marini asphalt batch mix plants are ready to meet demand for any capacity of plants and fuel type.”
Abhijit Som - Managing Director, Fayat Road Equipment Division, India
There is a segment of users looking for 120 and 140 tph plants for road repairs and rehabilitation work. We are therefore ready to meet this demand with our 120 TPH, cold and hot RAP-enabled mobile plant, particularly for subcontractors engaged in road projects.
Our mobile plants can be quickly redeployed in road repair projects through a prime mover and set up within seven days. The advantage of our compact mobile plant is that it can be set up without needing additional cranes for erecting the plant towers, plus there is no need for carrying out civil foundation works; this saves both time and cost of erection.
With the high number of roads being built and planned, the government is urging less usage of virgin aggregates in road construction as it wants to make road construction more sustainable. Project developers and owners are following the directives as they also stand to gain 8-10 percent of the reduced cost of the materials used. Use of milled materials neutralizes the issues of procurement of aggregates; however, usage of RAP materials either hot or cold mix can go on to derate the plant performance. This is because with usage of the RAP materials the mixing period goes up. Further, there will be result of an overall decline in production in terms of the batch preparation. Based on the usage pattern of RAP, we have done critical value engineering across all our plants, so that it does not get derated during the course of its operation, while resulting towards costs savings. One of the value engineering is the ability of the plant to process combines of hot and cold RAP mix.

Our plants are built to use fibers, stone mastic asphalt, and even process bigger size aggregates. Their burners can use LDO, FO, and gas fuel. Our future ready plants deliver batching accuracy through mixing of right quantity of aggregates with required volumes of bitumen while cutting down its loss. This is as because restricting bitumen loss, while processing the aggregates can bring down operating costs. Our plants also incur lower operating and maintenance costs due to their rugged components which are as per CE Industry’s quality standards.
We ensure batching accuracy, mixing, and heating of the aggregates without loss of heat due to Marini’s patented Cybertronics Software, which automatically controls the mixing, heating and batching. We have also brought down the cost of our plants through their localized production, fabrication, and elevator system. However, to ensure complete reliability in the plant operations and their higher availability, we continue to import the burners, mixers, and the bag house filters. By using our high quality, reliable products, contractors are enjoying overall savings.
Fayat Marini has 150+ asphalt batch mix plants of 120-140-160-200-240 tph that are made at its state of art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The company also provides onsite training and maintenance support for its plants.
