Wet Mix Macadam Plant
Continuing the company tradition of providing automation excellence in Road Construction Machinery, CAPIUS has designed & engineered its Wet Mix Macadam Plant for achieving homogenous mix material to prepare base and sub base in Road Construction Project. It provides higher productivity with close control on quality of mix and production costs. Designed to meet the needs of global customers and different site conditions, Capious through its vast experience of around 15 years has engineered the plant to compete with the toughest working site and carry the mark of rugged structure and best quality built into the product. The wet mix plants have performed under rough conditions and proved their worth. Being manufactured under strict vigilance, the plant ensures trouble-free operation for using best of the materials to build the plant.
The Wet Mix Macadam Plant aims at perfect mixing, accurate proportioning, blending of aggregates and additives without segregation. The plant is fully equipped to deliver precisely mixed cold mix, cement/lime treated aggregate base course mixes, and emulsion treated mixes. Quality & specific steel construction along with high quality components ensure maximum reliability and uptime.
Manufactured with globally acceptable components and accessories, the exclusive design features of plant make it most efficient in terms of operational & maintenance costs, and ensures the perfect quality of output. Available in fixed or variable speed drives, it is well equipped with adjustable gates at its bins. The rugged design of twin shaft pug mill ensures fast, continuous & homogenous mixing of aggregates & additives. Besides, the surge hopper arrangement allows discharge into trucks without shutdown & spillage.
Few more Salient Technical Features:
- Capious pugmill unit is lined on the inside with Ni-hard replaceable tiles as against normal M.S. liner plate used by other manufacturers. These liners are for inner shell & side plate, because of this minimum maintenance occurs resulting in longer life of the pugmill.
- Pugmill arm and tips are of heavy duty design to achieve homogeneous mix especially the Ni-hard tips. As a result of this minimal maintenance, wear & tear occurs, this in turn leads to less Operational Cost of the plant.
