Ashitech's Star Models of 160 tph Asphalt Mixing Plants
Gujarat-based asphalt batch mix plant manufacturer Ashitech presented its rated star model of 160 tph Asphalt Mixing Plant at Excon which is RAP-enabled by up to 30%, and with its indigenously designed burners it can run on 3 types of fuels: diesel, light diesel oil, and furnace oil.
Says Vatsal Patel, Director, Ashitech Equipments, “We have been able to compete with the giants in the industry as we can provide the rated capacity. We have single, top of the line model for the same capacity plants, and we are giving them tough competition by the simple yet highly efficient design of our products.”
Ashitech’s product range for the Indian market comprises 80-120-160 tph plants which can be transported by trailers having a planned layout for carrying certain parts, which means that a minimum number of trailers will be required, leading to savings in logistics costs. For big contractors who are working on long stretches of the National and State highways and road projects, the company has launched higher capacity plant of 180-200 tph.
The other range of company’s products include the drum mix plant, wet mix macadam plant, bitumen pressure distributer, mechanical hydraulic broomer, and bitumen drum decanter. Ashitech offers customer service within 24 hours through its service personnel stationed at a centralised location in every state. The company has tie-ups with almost all banks to provide financial support to its clients.
