Ashitech offers upgraded Asphalt Batch Mix Plants
Gujarat-based asphalt batch mix plant and allied products manufacturer, Ashitech is upgrading the functions of its asphalt batch mix plants and other products. The product advancements are being made to ensure their optimum usage. Ashitech manufactures asphalt batch mix plants in capacities of 80 tph to 260 tph. The 260 tph plant was recently launched by the company for deployment at NHAI projects.
Informed Vatsal Patel, Director, Ashitech, “Our full range of asphalt batch mix plants are suited for construction of all kinds of road projects. Now moving further, we are working towards making certain improvisations to make them more adaptable to the usage of both hot and cold recycled materials. With the advancements being made, the plants will be able to utilize close to 40% hot recycled materials and 30% cold materials. Our plants have been made RAP enabled as well. To make our plants more efficient, we are equipping them with our own burners, besides which, we are making changes in the design of the bins to enhance their performance.”
The company is also improving the functioning of its bitumen pressure distributors by fitting the nozzle of the equipment with sensors. The sensors will be able to sense automatically the amount of bitumen that is needed to be spread on the road surface and will work accordingly for dispensing the required volumes of bitumen.
Patel informed that while widening their product offerings, the company will be manufacturing mechanical and sensor pavers at their new facility in Mehsana. “The new plants will increase our production capacity to meet the growing demand of asphalt batch mix plants from the road construction sector. We are also expanding our dealer network for strengthening our product service support to our customers.”
