Designed and built in-house, this 120 TPH mobile batch mix plant is engineered to withstand the rigors of transportation between sites. The market has already shown strong interest, with two units sold shortly after its launch.
Uniroad 1500 is set to redefine the industry standards with its unmatched mobility, self erection system and quick set-up capabilities. Unlike traditional skid-mounted plants, these mobile units can be towed between work sites and can be strategically positioned to reduce material transportation cost. Set up, calibration, erection, and commissioning can all be completed within just seven days, without the need of extensive civil foundations and heavy cranes. Furthermore, the ability to incorporate up to 30% RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) in the mobile plant, adds another layer of cost savings and environmental benefits.

Alltech offers a versatile range of plants of capacities of 80-100-120-140-160-180-200-240-320 TPH catering to road construction projects of all scales. For large-scale expressway projects, the 240 and 320 TPH plants are positioned aggressively in the market. The success speaks for itself: 12 units of the 240 TPH plants have already been sold for major expressways, including the Delhi-Mumbai, Ahmednagar, and Delhi-Katra projects. Innovation at Alltech extends to operational efficiency, by significantly reducing the aggregate heating costs through our fuel-efficient burners which can operate on variety of fuels i.e., liquid, solid (coal), or gas. The organic heater enables the use of biofuels, wood, briquettes, dust pallets, and other solid fuels for heating bitumen, further enhancing cost savings. Alltech’s commitment to development of greener and sustainable technologies is evident in products like Electric Heating Bitumen tanks, which significantly lowers the greenhouse emissions and reduces the bitumen heating costs.
Adequate heat insulation on the drums, hot bins materials, and bag house filters have been used in our plants to help them deliver the specified character of mix, without heat loss, especially while working on hills and in cold weather. The conveying systems and elevators have direct drive motors without chains, which cuts down additional transmission costs and efforts to run the plant, plus there is greater safety and the per ton cost of production also comes down.
Backward integration features, including on-site bitumen decanters, emulsion plants and PMB/CRMB plants enhance our plants' competence. In-house designed mixers and special alloy wear parts enhance performance and longevity. Comprehensive technical support and regular maintenance ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
