Soilmec's Drilling & Foundation Equipment

Soilmec was established in 1969 and today it is a world leader in the field of design, production and sale/marketing of equipment and rigs for drilling and foundation works.

It recently introduced the new SC-100, the latest of its "heavy duty" crawler cranes. SC-100 is composed by electro proportional controls able to offer a higher precision and simultaneous movements during operation. The maximum capacity is 100 tons with a working radius of about 3,8 m; Diesel engine power 480 kWm, winches (in grub version) 2 x 304 kN. Suitable for different possible operating configurations as crane (for a total boom of 42 mt) it could be used for cable hydraulic grab, for mechanical or hydraulic rotary.

Soilmec has widened and completed the Microdrilling range and can now offer rigs dedicated to confined spaces. With the newly designed SM-3 and SM-5 Microdrilling rigs, the Group now has the capability of meeting the customer needs of subsoil engineering with machines ranging from 3 to 32 t weight.

Despite its compact dimensions, the SM-5, powered by a 72 kW Diesel engine can be supplied with a large range of rotary heads having torque values up to 972 daNm for high drilling capacity.

The new SR-30 with controlled hydraulic grab GK-5, is the last one of the diaphragm execution machine. SR-30 with GK-5 has been designed to suit different works in reduced space conditions, for high performances of production and strong verticality requirements. The special telescopic Kelly bar, composed by 4 elements, allows an inclination of +/- 45°.


SR-30 with GK-5, transportable completed assembled, could be used on the jobsite at its arrival without losing time for assembly. The machine is able to realize diaphragm of variable width between 400 and 800 mm (on request it has been developed a kit between 300 and 600 mm), width between 2000 and 2500 mm and maximum depth of 31 mt.
