Rotary Drilling Rigs
Rotary Construction Machinery India, a subsidiary of Beijing Rotary Machinery Technology Co. Ltd is specialized in the manufacture of drilling rigs for heavy duty work. The rigs have specially been designed and built for carrying out works requiring large bore diameters at great depth. The company manufactures large range of models that includes: R150, R180, R200, R260, and so on.
The R-200 drilling rig is mounted on the base carrier THD-60. It had, been specially designed to Bored piles with or without drilling fluid and casing with rotary head or by the use of an oscillator. R200 rig is a 60 ton machine with Rotary torque 210 kN.m and can drill upto 60m depth. Other salient features of rig are as follows:
Undercarriage The undercarriage can operate on various working conditions and ensures operating stability of t limits of the drill rig. Good clearance to ensure excellent rough terrain travel. Travel speed 0-2.7 Km/h. The hydraulically retractable and extendable crawler undercarriage adjustable 3000mm ~ 4200 mm, meets limits of width for easy transportation or high working stability.
Upper Structure The machine has special designed upper frame for drilling rig, more suitable for heavy duty construction work. Torsion free precision machined upper frame, all components are located clearly and service friendly. Diesel engine complete with sound proof canopy and mounted on the large dimension heavy duty ball type slewing rig. The swing function is operated through two hydraulic piston motors with oil bath planetary gear, self-closing spring-disc brakes, swing speed from 0-5 r/min. Reasonable centre-of-gravity position ensures that the rig is more stable.
Mast The three sections foldable mast reduces the size of the rig in transportation. Made of highly resistant steel which can easily bear the maximum torque throughout its complete length of box structure. The mast is mounted on a special parallelogram system which allows the working radius to be varied maintaining the mast in vertical position.
Winch Main winch installed in the upper frame, diameter and length of the main winch drum are increased, wire rope diameter 28mm, single line pull 200 kN, which is given independently by a directly flanged variable displacement hydraulic piston motor with high pressure regulations.
Cabin Comfortable operator’s cab, resiliently mounted, with exceptional sound suppression, large-capacity compartment with excellent all round visibility, all weather design with tinted safety glass.
Rotary Rotary head is equipped with shock absorbing device. Rotary gear box is driven independently by two directly flanged variable displacement hydraulic piston motors and one fixed displacement hydraulic piston motor through oil bath planetary gear with high pressure regulations. Torque output is 210 kNm, Drilling speed 8~32 r/min, and spin off speed is 150 r/min. The high working torques produced enable the rig to drill up to a maximum diameter of 1800 mm and even use the rotary to drive directly casing tubes up to a diameter of 1500 mm.
Hydraulic system 2-open hydraulic circuits system for drilling application, variable displacement piston pumps 2X214 L/min, auxiliary hydraulic circuits 1X135 L/min. The hydraulic pumps are equipped with an energy-saving flow-on-demand control system and pressure cut-off for reduced loss of energy. Large dimension hydraulic cooling system applied automatically when oil temperature is over rated and ensures that the hydraulic system is working normally. The system is high efficient, micro-adjustable and operating easy. Hydraulic tank capacity is approx. 600 L
Electrical System The new generation electronic controller and monitor system with expert software for drilling rig application. Operation parameters are displayed on the 11" color screen. It can program in accordance with different individual requirement, levelling and correct verticality of the mast automatically.
Engine Equipped with advance new electro jet engine (Volvo) with turbo-charged, water cooled, charge air cooler and air inlet pre-heat system designs. The engine has excellent dynamic, absolute reliability and fuel economical. It is confirmation with EU off-road mobile machinery directive engine emission Tire3 and noise standard. Fuel tank capacity is approx. 600 L
