Casagrande B300 pilling rig (weighed at 88 tonnes) undertakes piling at an amazing depth of 70m with maximum diameter of 2000mm. Its B-400, weighing 110 tonnes can undertake piling at a challenging depth of 87m with maximum diameter of 2700mm.

In the large rigs category, Casagrande’s popular big rig model C600, with a weight of 107 tonnes can undertake Bored Piles up to a maximum depth of 87m with maximum diameter of 2200mm and Diaphragm walls of 57m depth and panel thickness of 1200mm.

Casagrande through its B-250, weighing 76 tonnes with a torque of 250 kNm is able to undertake piling at a depth of 68m with diameter of 2500 mm. While the B180-HD, 64 tonnes with a torque of 180 kNm can undertake drilling at depth of 68m as well at a maximum diameter of 1800mm.

Casagrande piling rigs boasts of self–propelled and self–erecting features. The rigs are mobile hydraulically operated with easy operation features and lower maintenance cost. The machines have minimal erection and commissioning times and are adaptable as per requirement to various jobs of foundations of bridges, flyovers, jetties, ports, and so on.

On the other hand, Casagrande Diaphragm Wall Rigs have found their applications in many construction projects across the country, prime among this includes, construction of underground stations of Delhi Metro, the Underpass sections in New Delhi by Valecha Engineering, Basements and Underground Car Parking lots. Casagrande has various models of Diaphragm wall rigslike B125KRC1, B180HDKRC2, B250KRC3 and C600HDKRC2. The Diaphragm wall rigs can be seen in operation in metropolitan and large cities in India with a main focus in New Delhi.

Casagrande’s Hydraulic Crawler Drills for Micropiling, Anchoring & Jet Grouting Applications like C6 are working in several projects in India like Delhi Metro and Dams. This is the most reliable crawler drill ever produced with multiple usages and applications. The latest C6 version has changed from its older model as it has been equipped with options like radio controls, electronic rotary and versatile mast movements.
