Lonking Holdings Limited one of the largest construction machinery manufacturers in China was founded in 1993 and has 18 wholly owned subsidiaries at present. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Fujian, Shanghai, Jiangxi and He’nan provinces with total site space of over 3 million square meters for maximizing geographical advantages.

Lonking manufactures wheel loaders, excavators, road rollers, motor graders, forklifts and their main components such as transmissions, torque converters, axles, hydraulic components, gears, tubes & hoses, drive shafts, etc.

In 2008, Lonking sold around 30,000 units of wheel loaders with more than 20% market share in China that makes Lonking No. 1 in terms of sales quantity of wheel loaders in the world. Lonking will continue its efforts in developing and manufacturing high efficient and environmental friendly products and play a part in the global economic development and human civilization.

Vertical Integration

Lonking is actively involved in R&D and production of core components including gearbox, torque converter, axle, hydraulic components, gears, pipes and the drive shaft and boasts a 60% high ratio of self- manufactured components and parts. The vertical integration assures that component cost is under effective control and also guarantees quality of the final output.

Leading Quality Control Facility and System

Lonking‘s superior manufacturing technology and equipments are manifestations of the precision digital production.

The fabrication adopts state-of- the-art technologies such as CNC flame cutting, CNC laser plasma cutting and CNC turret punch.

The welding of various components and structure parts employs electrical arcs, trace package and robot welding technology.

The production of axle and transmission adopts the globally leading FMS flexible manufacturing system and horizontal machining centers.

The production of hydraulic components is completely by controlled CNC.

Large Scale R&D Investment and Long-term Innovation

Lonking boasts of an elite R&D group and an annual R&D investment above the average industrial level among the domestic machinery manufacturing sector, and expects to increase by at least 30% annually.

Lonking has accumulatively invested over 500 Million RMB in R&D of new products and new processes and technology update.

Domestically, Lonking has established a broad marketing network nationwide. More than 800 primary and secondary distribution agents follow the 3 in 1 business model, i.e,. Machine sales ,after sale service and the spare parts supply. This systematically improves and ensures smooth sales channels and after sales service.

Lonking has an international distribution network which sells products to more than 50 countries, including Russia, EU, Middle East and Southeast Asia among others. Lonking expects further growth in overseas market.

Lonking has gradually developed itself in Longyan its birthplace in the past decade. With a production area of over 2,000,000m, it manufactures wheel loader, excavator and the spare parts including axle, transmission, hydraulic cylinder,casting, forging, etc.

In 1999, Lonking set foot in Shanghai and built a one million square meter modern industrial park integrating R&D and production of wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts, road rollers and other major components.The park’s investment scale, R&D capability, production equipment, manufacturing technology, test & inspection equipment, product performance and residential environment are absolutely of world class.

In 2003, Lonking established an industrial park for the production of gears, pumps, valves and other main components in Gao, a City of Jiangxi province. Covering an area of 300 thousand square meters, the industrial park is an important manufacturing facility of Lonking in Jiangxi province.

In March 2007, Lonking acquired Zhengzhou Baiyun Electromechanical Company and renovated it as Lonking’s manufacturing facility in Zhengzhou, He’nan Province. This marks the beginning of Lonking’s Development Strategy in Central China.
