Universal's Latest Addition to Construction Mechanization
The latest addition to construction mechanization solution from Universal is the inline hopper feeding concrete Batching Plant that has the latest pan mixing and reversible drum mixer technology for producing high quality concrete, at low cost.
Hoppers are arranged inline with 3 Bins, 4 Bins or 5 Bins depending on the need of the customer. The aggregate gets weighed on weighing hopper and the material gets finally loaded on the belt conveyor to take it to the skip unit. The whole system is operated pneumatically with air compressor.
The skip unit powered by heavy-duty transmission loads the material in the mixer. Cement and flyash are weighed separately and fed by automatic screw conveyors. Water and admixture are automatically dispensed. This is based on the digital load cell weighing principle that gives better accuracy as per specified design mix.
The Pan Mixer gives a homogeneous mix of high quality concrete. The system can also be fitted with a Reversible Drum Mixer, which can handle the aggregate size up to 80 mm.
The thermally insulated control cabin has a centralized control panel which controls and monitors plant. The control panel is computer compatible attached to printer connection for grade wise, Site wise or customer wise report generation. The specially designed control cabin gives maximum comfort to the operator in long working hours.
Salient Features
- Universal Inline Feeding Concrete Batching Plant can be erected within a short span of time with negligible erection cost.
- There is no need of elaborate foundation arrangements.
- The plant is easy to be dismantled and shifted.
On Wheel Batching Plant is another offering. The on wheel batching plant is one of its many successful initiatives which offer a flexible system. On wheel batching plant is exclusively designed for immediate concrete requirements.
The invention comprises a compact concrete batching plant; it can be moved as a single unit. It is compact in size but offers high performance with hydraulic power motor.
Hoppers are arranged inline with 4 Bins depending on the need of the customer. The aggregate gets weighed on weighing hopper and the material gets finally loaded on the belt conveyor to take it to the skip unit. The whole system is operated pneumatically with air compressor.
The skip unit powered by heavy-duty transmission loads the material in the mixer.
The Pan mixer gives a homogeneous mix of high quality concrete. The mixing blades designed to give homogeneous consistent concrete mix. The system can also be fitted with a Reversible Drum Mixer, which can handle the aggregate size up to 80 mm.
