Tecnocom Sells 1st European Self-stressing Mould in India

Self Stressing Mould

Tecnocom has sold the first of its kind European mould in the emerging market of India which was successfully installed and tested in the country in October 2013.

A particular element of this new self-stressing TT mould, besides its use of 400 tons of pressure to produce pre-compressed panels, is that it has a wide variety of possible configurations. In fact, the height of the base legs, their width and the total and partial widths of the slab's wings can all be adjusted in a quick and precise manner according to specific technical requirements of each individual project, up to 3800 mm. The panels will be used for the multi-million Euro contracts for the World Trade Centre Pune, Infosys Pune Multilevel Carpark, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Cummins International Technical Centre India, Business Bay etc. projects.

All of this has been made possible through analysis and consultations with Precast India Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd, a joint project between one of Pune's most popular civil contractors, Bhate Raje Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., and the foremost real estate developer Panchshil, to ensure that all of their different needs were integrated into one single mould, making the job easier than ever before.
