Revomac introduces Block Making Machine

Revomac Industries, a Gujarat-based manufacturer of bricks and blocks machinery, produces three models of block making machines: MAC 1400, MAC1800, and MAC 2500, along with planetary mixers, vibropress machines, silos, and bins at its facility in Ahmedabad. The machines produce fly ash bricks, solid concrete blocks, hollow blocks, zig-zag pavers, i-shaped pavers, interlocking bricks, retaining blocks, and kerb stones.

Said Jigar Patel, Director, Revomac Industries, “Our block making machines are available in a capacity range of 20,000 units to 1,00,000 units. They are designed to give optimum levels of the desired output and are also scalable.”

“We have extensive research and development capabilities for product development, and we undertake extensive pre and post sales, and provide technical support to drive our customers’ business. Our services to customers include helping them in selecting the right machine, and delivering it to their site, followed by running and dispatch of the finished products. We also undertake planning of the land requirement; we study the financial feasibility of operating the plant based on demand and competition in the market; and we inform them on the government and local regulations.”

He added, “Our clients make their decision for the purchase of our plant based on the feasibility report prepared by us so that they can decide on the plant capacity they need for their business. Following their decision, we manufacture and install the machines.”

“Post installation of the plants, we demonstrate the process flow in detail for operating the plant. This comprises the batching process, the feeding, mixing, and vibro machining. The process flow also comprises, stacking, mix curing, cubing, testing, and finally dispatch.”
