Q-Green Techon's wide range of Block Making Machines
Gujarat- based Q-Green Techon is a block making machinery specialist, and is driving business by adding value to RMC, brick kiln and allied material producers with its wide range of machines. The block making machines are SCADA-based, and give higher performance with lower cost of operations, while its vibro compaction technology helps deliver a high quality product output.
Said Nitesh Modi, Director - Marketing & Sales, Q-Green Techon, “We are marketing our plants to RMC plant owners, brick kilns, and most importantly to quarry owners that have multiple trains to produce aggregates and sand. We can cater to the throughput and the demand generated with our wide range of block making machines (prices range from Rs 15 lakhs to 12 crores), and providing complete technical for optimum utilization of our plants.”
"The company has recently sold a block making machine to a Tamil Nadu-based stone aggregate producer/quarry owner who has a 150 tph plant. He will use the block making machine to produce 40,000 bricks per day. Orders have also been booked for 7 block machines from other quarry owners."
Informed Modi, “We see a lot of scope for business diversification by brick kiln and RMC owners, and especially by crushing plant owners. This is through effective utilization and marketing of their by-products during manufacturing by making certain value additions to them. This allows them to make their business more profitable in the current market scenario when business margins are under pressure. By integrating our brick and block making machines to their core operations, they can produce fly ash bricks, solid concrete blocks, hollow blocks, and paver blocks. These products can be developed, especially by quarry owners using manufactured and plastered sand.”
Q-Green is offering its machines as stand-alone and also on a turnkey basis.
