Putzmeister BSA 2110 HPD Selected for Highrise Construction in Mumbai
Putzmeister Stationary Concrete BSA 2110 HPD recently find its application at a high-rise construction site at Lower Parel in Mumbai. The developer of this project Shri Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd. (SRUIL) is renowned for setting standards for quality, design, use of technology, environmental aesthetics, urban planning and lifestyle.
For this highrise building project, the developer has selected Putzmeister Stationary Concrete BSA 2110 HPD and carried out pumping of concrete by Horizontal pipe of 70m, vertical pipe of 198m along with concrete boom placer MX 34-4.
The slurry was screened poured in the pump hopper to avoid any possible lumps that could complicate initial pass. Initially, slurry of almost 2cu.m was passed through the pipeline. A total of 95cu.m of concrete was successfully pumped with a set output of 25 cu.m /hour (as required) at a height of almost 200m from ground level. Grade of concrete pumped was M60.
