Leading manufacturer of Concrete Block and Paver machines, Parijatha Machinery, launched its latest block machine Block Star, which is fully designed and developed in-house. The Block Star comes with a Duplex Hopper Feed System, which is a completely new material feed system, and the first-of-its-kind in the industry, with its design registered by the company. The feed system helps in achieving uniform product thickness, higher strength, shorter cycle times, and increased productivity. The machine also gives flexibility to use either a wooden or metal pallet. Products such as solid and hollow blocks, paving blocks, fly ash bricks, and kerbstones, can be manufactured in this machine.
Other products in the company’s portfolio are the Vibro press, Hermaitc Press and Wet Press, apart from related handling equipment, mixers and batching plants. Parijatha, which has extensive experience in the hermetic press technology, has introduced the 4 station press APM-416ED. Which has individual stations for pressing, face mix feeding, back layer feeding, and ejection which is fully automated.
The company is also developing modern handling systems for pallet collection, stacking, curing and cubing. Products such as paving blocks, heavy slabs, Terrazzo tiles and chequered tiles can be manufactured in this machine. The machine’s significant benefit is that the tiles produced can be shot-blasted to get a unique look and finish, which is unmatched by any other process.
Parijatha also launched a Planetary mixer with load cell based weighing system (Hopper) for a cement screw feeder attachment. It completely eliminates manual loading of cement into the skip hopper.
Mr. Ramesh Jayaram, MD, Parijatha, said, “Parijatha is the only company that provides end-to-end solutions from aggregate batching plants to pallet handling systems. We are a one-stop company that meets a customer’s complete requirement for machines needed for any process in the manufacturing of precast products. We are proud to have an expert design and development team of engineers for bringing the latest models to the CE marketplace.”
