Neptune: Interlocking Block Making Machines
Gujarat-based block making machine manufacturer, Neptune has launched new interlocking block making machines. The company makes ‘Vibro Range’ for making concrete blocks and the ‘Hydro Range’ for producing fly ash blocks. The new ‘HEY- 2000’ range of interlocking block making machines, can produce blocks for pavers for use in low cost housing, from clay, cement and fly ash. The blocks produced will be strong and durable and will not require additional plastering. An added advantage is that the blocks produced will need minimal cementing and TMT bars usage, thereby reducing construction costs as well. The HEY-2000 range is available in capacities to produce 10,000 - 30,000 blocks.
Soham Panchal, Director, Neptune, said, “The new HEY range is designed and manufactured at our factory in Ahmedabad as per the Indian working conditions. It has new design elements and completely new dyes and different pressure ends. The main element of the machine is the dual pressure that helps deliver uniform levels of pressure while producing the blocks, which gives them the required strength. There is also a special feature for taking out completely curated blocks. Care has been taken in making the tray for taking out the blocks to prevent any cracks occurring on the blocks. The machine is available both as standalone and for turnkey projects.”
He informed that the company has also made design improvements in its Vibro and Hydro range to enhance their functionality and enable more ease of maintenance. Changes have been made in their hydraulics, sensors, and in some of the components. Their parts can be easily sourced from the open spares market and replaced easily. Neptune also offers parts replacement during the warranty period.
