Macons Concrete Block Making Machine & Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant
As the market for high-quality concrete equipment becomes increasingly competitive, Macons is reinventing its offerings to further strengthen its position as a leader in the concrete equipment market. It offers Concrete Block Making Machine & Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant.
These new products add to Macons’ existing range of products which includes the Horizontal Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant (MCP), Compact Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant (RMC/MAC), Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant (MA), Wet Mix Macadam Plant, and Self-Loading Transit Mixer (MST).
It has recently launched a range of new products to meet the demands of civil projects. These include Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plant, Concrete Block Making Machine, Concrete Kerbing Machine, Dry Mix Mortar Plant, Hollow Core Slab Plant, and Recycling System.
Says Dharmesh Surelia, CMD, Macons, “Our Concrete Block Making Machine, available in various models, can produce 4 to 12 hollow bricks per pallet. The machine features efficient vibration technology, a fast-feeding car, intelligent frequency conversion technology, Siemens control system, and servo hydraulic system.”
The Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plant is a versatile machine that can produce reinforced and non-reinforced circular and non-circular pipes with a bell or in-wall joint. It also has the capability to produce lined pipes, jacking pipes and Box Culverts.
The plant is available in sizes ranging from 300 mm to 3600 mm in diameter and can be equipped with single or double production stations. The machine is designed with an adjustable floor-level operator platform system, central operator console, and a semi-automatic operation with reverse and forward locking arrangement.
Another new addition is the Concrete Kerbing Machine (MKM-1200), which is the advanced model of our existing Concrete Kerbing Machine Product (MKM-351), designed to produce continuous curbs mounted on steel tracks. It can lay on Wet mix, DBM, DLC, PQC as well as Reinforcement and Gutter Section. It has a rigid construction of main chassis fabricated from rolled steel sections, and features imported needle vibrators for easy concrete flow. The machine comes with an imported slop, grade, and steering sensors, and dustproof lockable operator console.
The Dry Mix Mortar Plant (MDMP) is designed as per customer demand and is available in 5/10/20/30/50 PH capacity. It features a compact and economically designed plough shear mixer for best mixing and a vertical tower, or a semi-tower design meeting the required capacity. The plant helps customers to identify the right products to prepare; it features an automated plant HMI & PLC with Scada with accurate weighing for assured quality of a wide range of products.
We are associated with the Italian company WIFI for Hollow Core Slab Plant and Precast Moulds. The Hollow Core Slab Plant includes two new machines: the Wi-Extruder and Wi-Former. The Wi-Extruder is a completely electronic machine that increases the quality of hollow core slabs. It has a touchscreen panel for ease of use and improvements have been made in its regulations and maintenance. The Wi-Former is designed with higher visibility and easier access to the assembly, allowing for lesser time needed for height change of the element to be produced. It also has longer life wear parts, more automation, including continuous water and concrete level detecting probes.
We are also associated with the Italian company KOMPLET. Macons’ Recycling System includes the Mobile Compact Crusher K-JC 805, Mobile Compact Shredder KROKODILE, and Mobile Compact Screener KOMPATTO5030. These machines are designed to recycle construction waste on-site, reducing the need for transportation and disposal.
“We have a comprehensive support network across the country, ensuring that timely service is always within reach. Our teams of skilled engineers are equipped to undertake both preventive and reactive maintenance onsite during emergencies, guaranteeing uninterrupted performance of our customers’ equipment. Customers can reach us for any problems or queries,” informs Surelia.
