KYB-CONMAT Launches New Transit Mixers
KYB-Conmat launched its new 6 CuM Transit Mixer MR-60 at Excon 2013. KYB-Conmat, a leader in Construction Equipment Industry with its wide range of product lines viz Automatic Concrete Batching & Mixing Plant, Automatic Concrete Mobile Plant, Concrete Paving Machine for Canals & Roads, has now made a serious entry into Transit Mixer category.MR-60 Transit Mixer is manufactured in India with technology developed and tested by KYB in Japan. MR-60 prototype has gone through rigorous trial in Japan for over a year by simulating Indian working conditions. The same is being produced indigenously at KYB-Conmat state of the art Vadodara facility.
MR-60 stands out from the competition in terms of performance due to its unique high precision C shaped spiral blade design having wider flute providing bigger charge / discharge volume per drum rotation. Due to its ability to handle extra low slump and high discharge performance, MR-60 Transit Mixer can be suitably used for Slip form concrete paving and for dam application. These spiral blades are formed by accurate forming dies providing low resistance flow which reduces power consumption. The internal components are made of wear resistant steel. All these features finally provide good return on investment for the users.
Special attention has been given to ensure compliance to the Indian roadworthiness and safety norms.
It is noteworthy that KYB has a long history of over 60 years of producing Transit Mixers, and more than 100000 units have been produced. Presently it has an installed capacity to produce 1000 TM per year in an ultramodern automated plant, run by merely 30 workmen.
"We are expanding our Sales & Service network by appointing dealers and deploying our own Sales/Service engineers in various regions" Marketing Director Mr Nagesh Kudva said.
KYB-Conmat has also introduced 60 CuM Concrete Pump with S valve technology, and Fully Mobile Concrete batching Plant for Pump application. This plant does not require any ramp or foundation for aggregate loading or a pit for concrete pump loading. This result in faster deployment and shifting, and hence better returns on investment.
