KYB-CONMAT displays 4 new products and upgraded versions
KYB-CONMAT launched 4 new Construction Equipment. These include the new Fixed Form Concrete Paver fitted with gang vibrator for use in construction of urban and rural roads. It can pave concrete roads from 2.5 meters to 20 meters in one go, and also be used for paving canal slopes and beds.
The new Side Discharge Conveyor SDF 60 for use in 52-meter and above wide canal projects, is designed for projects where delivery of concrete is technically not feasible through conventional concrete boom placers. It spreads uniform concrete in front of the paver without disturbing the reinforcement or drainage filters, so better speed of paving is achieved. Managing Director Mr. Premraj Keshyep said, “A prime feature is that it can move as the project keeps progressing.”
Also launched was a new 9 CuM truck mixer with slave engine that offers customers a choice to use any truck chassis without power restriction; and a new high speed 1-ton Rack & Pinion Elevator for use in small residential high-rise buildings.
The MR 90, 9 cum and MR 80, 8 cum concrete power take-off transit mixers can be made available on a Bharat Benz or Man Chassis. They come with higher safety during transit with the anti-clockwise drum rotation for left side travel in India, and lower center of gravity for better stability on rough roads. Added features include high speed and discharge performance due to a unique blade design. High precision C-shaped spirals are formed by accurate forming dies, maintaining uniform low resistance flow, and hence, lower power consumption. C-shaped spirals enhance agitating performance so concrete can be worked during delays. The company plans to export the transit mixers to South East Asia, Africa, and Middle East.
Said Mr. Keshyep, “There is demand for bigger transit mixers due to a growing requirement for higher concrete volumes. Bigger mixers can cut down transportation costs and lead times, and incur lesser operational costs of the slave engines.”
KYB Conmat also displayed its new concrete mobile batch mix plant CBP 300 M with 30 cum/hr batch mix capacity, featuring BHS or Sicoma, twin shaft mixer. Designed for use in smaller road stretches, canals, bridges, and highways, it can be fully installed and commissioned in a day. “With the new and existing mobile and stationery batch mix plants of 70-240 cum/hr, we are now fully positioned to meet diverse construction requirements. The 240 cum/hr batch mix plant, being used in a major concrete project, has delivered a record 6000 cum concrete in a single working day,” said Mr. Keshyep. He informed that the newly ERP integrated batch mix plant will automatically generate SMS on the operation status of the unit, and transmit the same information to the company that owns and operates the plant to help in taking preventive maintenance measures.
KYB Conmat’s new I-Pump (Intelligent pump) featuring the S-valve technology, has a pumping rate of 49-72 cum/hr. It ensures high pumping reliability, ease of maintenance and safety, and generates data on various operational parameters to the operators to help them adjust the pumps according to the pumping requirements, and also undertakes predictive maintenance.
Mr. Sailaj Verma, Sr. VP – Sales, said, “The construction equipment industry is seeing rapid growth in India owing to the developments planned by the government. KYB CONMAT has a full range of locally manufactured equipment for various applications. These are exciting times for the country at large and the construction equipment sector, in particular, and we are fully geared to meet the demands of the sector. The moment of pride for us came when Mr. Amitabh Kant, CEO, Niti Aayog, visited our booth and appreciated our efforts towards Make in India.”
KYB-CONMAT, a market leader in Concrete Equipment Industry, with a manufacturing and R&D facility in Vadodara, has rolled out more than 4500 concrete equipment till date.
