Conmat Lines up New Time-saving Launches

Time is the most valuable thing we possess today, not because everything is bounded by time but it saves something invaluable. And if a recent trend in the country to go by, it indicates that construction equipment industry is moving ahead with constant technology upgradation not only for higher productivity coupled with minimum downturn but also to meet current tight projects schedule. Sensing this, Gujarat based Conmat Systems Private Limited, engaged in designing and manufacturing of world class Construction Equipment maker, has launched three more products viz Concrete Batching Plant with Double Gate Twin Shaft Mixres, Slipform Pavers, and fully Automated Mobile Batching Plants with additional capacities.

"All these equipment have been designed and developed according to the market requirements which on the other hand have also led the company remained to a well extent insulated from the slump: courtesy to the new product launches it made which found good number of takers. Our newly launched 120 cum/hr is such a product that can enhance productivity, yet economical to operate. The double gate mixers cut down on waiting time for the transit mixers in line for loading the concrete, as it can accommodate two mixers at a time. The added benefits are timely loading and unloading of the concrete. The product is indeed ideal for construction projects with compressed completion schedules, especially road and dam projects. Conmat has recently sold the product to M/S. VARAHA INFRASTRUCTRE, a Jodhpur based contractor," says Mr. Kalpesh Soni, Sr. Manager Marketing of Conmat Group.


The company’s relentless efforts are aimed at designing and manufacturing world class construction equipment namely Automatic Concrete Batching & Mixing Plants, Mobile Concrete Batching & Mixing Plants, Concrete Paving Machines for Canals & Roads and Transit Mixers for the infrastructure sector.

Talking about its new concrete SLIPFORM PAVERS for minor / distributor canal construction, which will be put into trial lately by the Narmada department, in Gujarat, Mr. Soni says, “The utility of the newly launched pavers having a capacity to pave 700 – 800 sq mtrs / hour output & capable of paving entire canal cross section i.e either side slope & bed sections simultaneously in a single pass. There lays sizeable potential for the new variants of concrete slipform pavers, especially in the Western Indian state of Gujarat as the state has a network of 33,000 km of minor and distribution canals and the government has taken an initiative to develop these canals for their utilization by the agricultural sector."


Keeping creating process on, Conmat has made modifications in its 20 cum/hr and 25 cum/hr concrete mobile batching plants by adding new automated systems that can send performance related data through SMS, which the company claims is vital for preventive maintenance measure.

The company is also in the process of developing customer-friendly tyre mounted FULLY AUTOMATIC MOBILE BATCHING PLANTS of 30 & 45 cu mt/hr capacities. The advantages of the newly launched products are that they are able to maintain accuracy of the ingredient. Besides, for loading the materials no separate ramp is required. Its design is compatible to load the materials within the reach of a conventional backhoe loader.


In addition to these new launches, Conmat existing range of products for Construction Equipment Division includes Automatic Concrete Batching & Mixing Plants of various capacity 25, 30, 45, 60, 90 & 120 Cu.M/Hr, Mobile Batching & Mixing Plants 20 & 25 Cu.M/Hr, Concrete Paving Machines for Canals & Roads up to 110 Ft. long in a single pass and a trapezoidal slope of up to 45 degrees, Transit Mixers with capacity of 6 Cu. Meter and many more.
