Urbanization is a big challenge particularly in most of our Indian cities which have unauthorized, unplanned random growth. The idea of smart cities is currently composed of real – estate greed, polluted air, congested roads, haphazard parking road rage, discriminatory over-crowded housing, etc. The blame game, though easily available and enormously enjoyable, will not avail because we are all party to the unmaking of humanity, and we hail from the same source – abiding tradition of indiscipline, chaotic aspiration, mythological psyche, egoistic competence of political parties, constitutional hurdles, professional ineptitude, industrial corruption, and tropical apathy.
