Kryton Buildmat celebrated its 20th Anniversary in style by hosting a grand event at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi on the 9th of October 2015. Some of the most renowned names in construction fraternity, which include architects, engineers, builders, contractors, and consultants from across the country, flew in for this 'by- invitation only' event.
An upcoming band, Rock-n-Raaga welcomed the guests with live music. The guests walked through the memory lane of Kryton vision, success stories, and products. The memory lane ended at a sample display that presented the latest from Kryton's products portfolio in an interactive manner.
The event also saw the launch of a new product – 'Krytonite Swelling Waterstop'. The ultimate solution for waterproofing concrete construction joints, Krytonite swells up to four times more than the ordinary rubber or bentonite swelling waterstops. Krytonite's innovative trapezoid shape is easy to install and resists dislodgement during concrete or shotcrete installation.
The event commemorated 20 years of passion, honesty and sincerity as, people who have been part of the Kryton India family since its inception, were present. Kryton's Canada team, which had flown in especially for the event, spoke about the vision that led to the success of Kryton India.
"It is a joyful event when you have so many friends together in one room, celebrating one single passion," said Mr. Ron Yuers, Founder & Chairman, Kryton International. He highlighted the idea of relationships and commented on how in India, more than anywhere else in the world, lifelong relationship is important.
Ms. Kari Yuers, President & CEO, Kryton International spoke about the passion and commitment with which this Company had set its foundation two decades ago. "Finding someone who believes that we can build a better country has today brought us to this milestone. We are looking forward to many more decades of working with same passion and dedication," she said.
As the evening went on, clients, friend, and associates mingled and learnt new and exciting things about Kryton India. "Just knowing that the Company foresaw a grand future and made the effort to invest in the nation was something that tipped the scale heavily for me," said Mr. Aulek (Assotech).
"I knew that the Kryton products were different and better, but what has always pushed me to buy, has been the service and the passion to find solutions for every product shown by Kryton's personals," shared Mr. Hari Om Gupta, Structural Consultant. He went on adding, "I have been one of the earliest adopters of the crystalline technology and that is only because I saw the results with the Kryton systems."
The night went on with music, food, and drinks and special lucky draw prizes were also announced. It was a celebration of pioneering minds that have the belief that the construction industry in India needed a change. "I knew that India needed better solutions for their waterproofing needs and so I brought Kryton, the inventor of the Crystalline admixture, to India. This is because we know that for a market as expanded and diverse as India, only the best and the most customisable product could do," said Mr. Kakkar.
