DLF launches realty project in Gurgaon

Country’s biggest real estate company DLF Limited in a recent announcement has stated that it has started the construction of its commercial project at Gurgaon in joint venture with the US based and leading global real estate builder, Hines. In this connection the real estate player has inked a memorandum of understanding with the US player way back in 2007 for the construction of the project on an area stretching across 15 acre. The project in question, which has been named as Business Center is located on the Golf Course Road in the heart of Gurgaon city on the outskirts of Delhi. The project will be developed up to 25 storey with the availability of 800,000 sq ft of office and 65,000 sq ft of retail space and is scheduled to be completed next year, said official sources.
