ORL launches luxury housing project

Giving momentum to its real estate projects, Oberoi Realty Limited (ORL) has recently launched its premium luxury apartment projects stretching across 32 acres at the Oberoi Garden City at Goregaon East in Mumbai. The project, which comprises three towers of 45-storey each with a price tag of over Rs. 2cr for 3 BHK, covered a space of about 13.7 lakh sq ft.

According to a statement issued by the realtor, the spacious 3 BHK apartments in Luxury and Grande configurations covers an area of 1,690 sq ft and 1,820 sq ft respectively. The exquisite residential project, which offers a complete lifestyle experience with world class infrastructure and a parking lot accommodating over 1,400 cars, is expected to be completed in about four years.
