KNR bags $50mn order from Bihar Govt.

KNR Constructions Ltd.-led consortium has been awarded a contract worth US$50 million (Rs 225.27 crore) by the Water Resources Department of Government of Bihar. The other partners of the Joint Venture include JKM Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd and Kamala Constructions. KNR Constructions Ltd. retains the 50% share while the other two partners have a stake of 25% each. The contract which envisages all works (including canal system & buildings) under E.R.M. (Extension, Renovation & Modernization) of Eastern Kosi Canal System in Bihar. KNR Constructions offers engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors, namely, roads and highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
