CHD Developers launches housing project in NCR

CHD Developers Ltd has launched its latest group housing project in the National Capital Region (NCR) worth Rs 350 crore. The project is centrally located at Gurgaon, Haryana and spread across an area of 16.50 acres. The company has already obtained licence from Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana.

The new project is right opposite an exclusive 100 acres green belt on a 60 metres wide road and will feature over 750 residential units designed as per international standards and spread across 1.5 million square feet.

The new project will also have all the modern facilities like club, in-house local shopping area, nursery school, special designated area for servants, etc.
