The integrated solution seamlessly works with comprehensive logical functionalities that are modularised in BuildSuperfast and are classified under the following categories:- Project Planning System The Project Planning System of BuildSuperfast (BSF) is acclaimed as one of the robust and in depth option available for the industry. The module is sub-classified into a atomic Rate Analysis module which forms the basis to prepare, monitor and maintain resource, cost and time estimates of a particular project from its tender stage, capturing the various relational clauses in finalisation stage to the Work Breakdown structures in the execution stage. The multi dimensional What-If Analysis significantly assists the QS in arriving at the cost sheets. The module also boasts on detailed manpower and machinery planning features to enable realistic daily/weekly planning etc.
- Material Procurement System BSF has a complete in-built material procurement system which covers right from Indent/Material request, which can be automatically converted to Purchase order and then to Material Receipt and culminating into Purchase bills. In addition to that, the system maintains stock statement of various projects as well as consolidated company stock statement. Every transaction is automatically compared, verified and validated with the various Estimates before processing of the same is accepted by the system
- Work Progress System Work progress is the primary update where various aspects of work done are recorded through Measurement book / Sub Contractor bills. The module keeps track of completed quantity and generates various deviation reports including cost based Job Cost Report, resource based reconciliation statements, various time based reports like Planned vs. Actual and Progress Reports of various timeline viz., daily, weekly, monthly etc. Based on the completed quantities, project-wise Cost to Completion reports can also be generated.
- Financial and Accounting A full-fledged Financial Accounting system is built into BuildSuperfast. All Receipts, Payments & Journals may be entered into the system to extract Trial Balance, Mandatory financial statements such as P&L or Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements with schedules apart from Day Book, Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation Statement and a host of MIS reports such as Budget Vs Actual and Ratio Analysis, Cost Centre reports, ageing analysis etc are some of the basic features of this module. Statutory reports on various taxation requirements like IT-TDS, VAT, and Service tax. The system can also be configured to support IFRS standards.
- Asset Management System Besides the mandatory financial connotation to Asset Management, the module focuses largely on operational complexity of Plant & Machinery tracking, maintenance, and usage apart from multiple other assets of your organisation. Tracking reports, asset history, efficiency, utilization etc makes the module extremely critical to validate the productivity of your company’s investments.
- Human Resource Management System Every aspect of employee information is captured in this module which includes sub modules such as Recruitment, Attendance, Appraisals, Payroll, Loans & Advances etc. Various statutory reports related to PF, IT etc are also in built in the system.
- Client Billing and Tracking System Running Bills for the clients based on the user defined bill format covering scheduled items, non scheduled items, Material supply, TDS, Advances, Recoveries etc for cumulative, till last bill and current. The module also helps details of bills submitted and certified by the client. A range of deviation reports by comparing Estimated, Completed & Billed items can be generated which helps the management keep tab of shortfalls of deliverables which in turn affects projected turnover for the specific period.
- Customer Relationship Management System This module deals with pre sales and post booking. Enquiry through various sources and executive wise follow-ups are maintained. To minimize campaign establishment time it can facilitate bulk mailing system as part of sales effort for every project. Post booking determines the profitability of the project all the way through fixing the selling price together with payment schedule at different stages. Various MIS reports like Cash Flow Projections, Collection, Receivables, Reminder letter & Interest calculation for defaulters etc can be generated.
